Hi Frank,
I suspect the reason my provider does not want to install kermit
is pretty simple. They are a small provider and don't have enough
administrators. My suspicion is that the owner is the one and only
administrator. He can barely keep a head of the work. If enough people
use it I think I can convince him to install it. If a log file is not
workable perhaps I can find another solution. Maybe I could add a brief
message to be displayed when the program is run asking the user to also
request the program.
